A local company is playing a role in fixing BP's leak
NEW ORLEANS - Before the temporary fix could be made to stop the oil spill in the Gulf, engineers had to find high-pressured equipment to remove the broken well head.
Engineers making repairs turned to Dale Francis. He's been in the business of manufacturing equipment used to tighten and remove nuts and bolts for thirty years. "I proud to be a part of the solution," Francis says.
Torq/Lite Industrial Bolting is located in Luling, Louisiana.
