About Us
- Torq/Lite® has been providing hydraulic torque wrenches to the bolting industry since 1981 {whether through sales and rentals or through Francis Torque Service, industrial bolting service} to offshore rigs, land platforms, refineries, plants, and heavy construction industry. All of the hydraulic torque wrenches manufactured by Torq/Lite® have been field-tested and are actually used by Francis Torque Service.
- Every hydraulic torque wench is functioned tested and calibrated to ±3% at our manufacturing facility before it reaches you, our customer.
- Torq/Lite® is ISO 9001-2000 certified and registered.

Customer Service/Technical Support
- Customer Service and Technical Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
- Whenever you need support, a Torq/Lite® representative is available. Just call 504-394-1400 or in the United States call 877-777-4046 to receive an immediate response during normal business hours or after hours your call will be returned in a timely manner.
- Torq/Lite® has most items in stock and ready to ship when you need them.
- Operations manuals with calibration certificates and torque charts are provided with each hydraulic torque wrench.
- Area TL sales representatives, distributors, and technical support personnel are trained at our manufacturing facility to better assist our customers in the operation and maintenance of their Torq/Lite® hydraulic torque wrench.
- Service Technicians are available for on-site training, consultations, and problem solving.

Rentals
- Torq/Lite® offers daily, weekly, monthly & several rent-to-own payment plans.
- Torq/Lite® maintains a functional inventory of new or slightly used hydraulic torque wrenches, sockets, air or electric hydraulic power consoles, and hoses available for rent nation wide and internationally.
- Customers can apply a percentage of the rental towards the purchase of any new Torq/Lite® hydraulic torque wrench.
- All rental tools are calibrated & function tested before shipment.
Warranties
- 3 YEAR - 2 TIER WARRANTY is offered on all Torq/Lite® SU-XL & IU-XL Series tools, and is the best standard warranty offered on the market today! We stand behind our tools like no other!!!
- RT-Series Riser tools come with a No Questions Asked…12 month warranty on all Torq/Lite® products.
- SU-Series steel bodied wrenches come with a standard 5-year warranty on the body!!!
- JN-Series Hydraulic Wrench…Guaranteed not to break for the life of the JN hydraulic torque wrench.
- No Charge…On loaner hydraulic torque wrench during warranty repairs.
- Free…Yearly maintenance inspections on Torq/Lite® products.
Calibrations
- Every Torq/Lite® manufactured hydraulic torque wrench, sold or rented, is mechanically functioned tested and accurately calibrated to ±3% with the use of a standard air/hydraulic or electric/hydraulic bi-directional 10,000 p.s.i. power console.
- A calibration certificate at mid and full range and a torque chart showing p.s.i./Bar & ft-lbs./Nm/kgm are provided with each wrench's operations manual to ensure optimum accuracy when torquing nuts or bolts.
- Just pre-set the power console to the p.s.i. on the torque chart that matches the required torque for your bolting application.

Trade-In
- Torq/Lite® will welcome your trade-in of an obsolete, damaged, or competitor's hydraulic torque wrench on a new Torq/Lite® manufactured hydraulic torque wrench.
