Variable Model Hydraulic Stud Tensioner

Example Application: 24 x 1-1/2" bolts and with 16 x 1-3/8" bolts you will require:
|
12 complete Model V108 stud tensioners for the 24 bolt flange |
|
8 Bridges, 8 Puller Bars, and 8 Nut Rotators of the Model V106 (used with the Model V108 Load Cell) for the 16 bolt flange. |
This will provide enough stud tensioners to simultaneously tension 50% of the bolts in either flange.

When ordering a stud tensioner system, the following accessories are required.
|
One 20,000 p.s.i. hydraulic power unit |
|
One feed line to run from the power unit to the first tensioner |
|
As many link lines as required to connect all of the tensioners together, less one |
|
For example, if you order 10 tensioners, you will need 9 link lines. |
